NSS Special Camp 'Punarjani' - Session 3: Yoga & Aerobics
Day two of the NSS 7-days residential camp "Punarjani" at GUPS Veembur started with an invigorating morning walk, setting a refreshing tone for the day. The volunteers explored the scenic surroundings near the school, fostering a sense of connection with nature and the local community.
Following the morning walk, the volunteers participated in a Yoga and Aerobics Session led by Nahla Shereen, a dedicated NSS volunteer and 4th sem B.Sc. Mathematics student. Nahla expertly guided the group through various yoga poses and aerobic exercises, emphasizing the importance of physical fitness and mental well-being. Her session not only energized the volunteers but also highlighted the role of regular exercise in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
