Guidance for higher education through Alumni Lecture Series
Meet Universities
On 20th March 2022, as a part of ‘Alumni Lecture Series’ conducted by PG Department of Chemistry, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri on the auspicious occasion of ‘30th Anniversary Celebrations’ our 3rd lecture was conducted with the help of Google meet at 7.00 PM. The Resource Person was Dr. Jamsheena V., who was a former student of the department (Batch 2008-2011 B.Sc. Chemistry) and presently faculty of PG Department of Chemistry in this College. The programme started with the Presidential address by Dr. Jyothi P., Associate Professor and Head in charge, PG Department of Chemistry, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri. The topic of the lecture was "Meet Universities". Dr. JamsheenaV, gave an informative class regarding the universities, and higher education opportunities that are suitable for applying M.Sc. after B.Sc., exam notifying time, entrance exams, institution for M.Sc. in Kerala and India, internships, project centres, several Universities etc. As higher education is vital thing in the current world, this session was very helpful. The whole programme was coordinated by Mrs. Suhada K.M., Assistant Professor, PG Department of Chemistry, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri. Finally, the vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Suhada K.M. About 100 students participated in the programme and the session ended by 8.00 pm.
