On October 2, 2023, KAHM Unity Women's College Manjeri, NSS Unit 008&171, celebrated Gandhi Jayanthi, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, with an online talk on "The Way of Gandhi." 
The event aimed to commemorate the teachings and principles of Mahatma Gandhi, emphasizing the importance of non-violence, truth, and unity.
The event was inaugurated by the Principal, Dr. Muhammed Basheer Ummathur.
The keynote speaker was Thasni, a student in the 3rd semester of BA History, who spoke about the life and philosophies of Mahatma Gandhi.The welcome speech was delivered by Amna, the volunteer secretary, setting the tone for the event.

- Abdul Rauf, Head of the Department of Mathematics.
Seventy students and teachers participated in the program. The attendees had the opportunity to learn from the insightful talk delivered by Thasni and were inspired by Gandhi's principles of truth, non-violence, and unity, which continue to hold great significance in today's world. The college and NSS unit successfully organized this event, promoting the ideals that Mahatma Gandhi stood for.
