This club encourages the pursuit of healthier lifestyles by interacting in an environment that fosters positive changes and integrates wellness into the community culture. The club aims to instill awareness in students on aspects of personal health and overall well-being of an individual. Wellness club ensures physical and emotional wellness of individuals through yoga, meditation, relaxation techniques, recreational activities, fun games and minor games. The club helps in modification of the students’ behavior towards the attainment of optimum health.
