IT club aims to provide its students an opportunity to share and extend their ideas and expand their horizons of knowledge in the field of Information Technology. The club promotes the learning community to acquire the latest and advanced technological skills to enhance their job prospects and hence improve their overall skills, both technical and cognitive.

As part of an IT club initiative, a visit to the “ Shastrayaan “ program , organized by the University of Calicut, was scheduled on November 17, 2023. Forty-one students from the third semester of BSc Computer Science, fourteen students from MSc I Semester, and eight students from MSc III Semester participated in the visit. The team observed the exhibits presented by the Computer Science department and other university departments, actively engaging in various organized events. This visit not only broadened the students’ knowledge horizons but also provided mental stimulation and enhanced their confidence. Additionally, the group explored the university’s botanical garden, which was open to the public as part of the “Shastrayaan “program.
