The Intercollegiate Salad Preparation Competition was organized as part of National Nutrition Month Celebration on 29th September 2023 to encourage the students to adopt healthier dietary choices and demonstrate their culinary skills in creating nutritious and delicious salads. Guidelines and rules were provided to the participants prior to the competition. Ms. Shahma Parveen (Ist Sem BSc FCS) bagged first prize and Ms. Fathima Farha (Ist Sem BSc FCS) bagged second prize. The faculty and student coordinators of the programme were Mrs. A S Anitha Begum, Associate Professor and Head and Ms. Ayisha Fidha K, III Sem MSc Home Science (Nutrition and Dietetics), Dept. of Home Science, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri.
