On 16th November 2023, during the association hour as part of Stress Awareness Week, first-year BSc Psychology students conducted an insightful session that proved both engaging and informative. The session aimed to raise awareness about stress management strategies and mental well-being among participants. The coordinators skilfully curated a comprehensive presentation that covered the physiological and psychological aspects of stress, offering practical tips and coping mechanisms. Interactive activities and open discussions were integrated into the session, creating a supportive environment for attendees to share their experiences and insights. The initiative taken by the first-year BSc Psychology students not only contributed to stress awareness but also showcased the potential of peer-led programs in promoting mental well-being within the academic community.
